Eiffel Tower Restaurant Review: One of the Best Rooftop Views of the Central Strip

Perched above the Bellagio Fountains, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers one of the most compelling perspectives of the central Las Vegas Strip. The setting alone makes it a natural choice for an elegant evening out—refined, cinematic, and unmistakably Vegas.
The evening began with a walk through Paris Las Vegas to a reception desk positioned near the center of the casino floor. The host greeted our party promptly and escorted us to the elevator for the short ride to the dining room.
At the top, guests arrive beside an open kitchen where dishes are prepared with visible precision and urgency. Just beyond it, the space opens dramatically into a dining room layered in deep red accents and classic textures. The atmosphere feels timeless—perhaps slightly dated—but still unmistakably theatrical in the best way.
We were seated promptly and presented with an extensive wine and cocktail program (literally binder-length). I chose the Daisy, a jalapeño tequila cocktail that delivered the perfect balance of brightness and spice.
The menu reads as a traditional steakhouse format: composed appetizers, proteins, and classic sides. For the appetizer, I tried salmon caviar—an experience that will remain historically significant for one reason:
I discovered I do not like caviar.
The steak, however, redeemed the evening. Cooked precisely to temperature, properly charred, and confidently seasoned, it delivered exactly what you want from a Strip-view steakhouse reservation.
Service remained efficient throughout the meal. Glasses never sat empty and the table was maintained attentively. That said, at this price level the pacing felt slightly transactional rather than experience-shaping. Presentation across several courses also fell just short of what comparable restaurants in this category typically deliver.
Still, the fountains remain the defining element of the evening—and they are extraordinary.
